Students will study at RMIT University Vietnam, which offers over a hundred courses in English, including many STEM courses. As you may know, this is a branch of RMIT University in Melbourne, and provides Australian-style academics in both of its two branch campuses in Vietnam. ISA students will study in the South Saigon campus, either in one of the three semesters throughout the year or as part of the special summer program for international students.
We are thrilled to expand ISA into Korea's second-largest city, working with one of the most prestigious universities in the country - Pusan National University. In addition to the many courses offered during the semester in business and Asian & Korean studies, students will also have an opportunity to participate in PNU's international summer program. As the first and only American study abroad organization to offer a program in Busan, we are looking forward to introducing students to this beautiful (and affordable) beach city with so much to offer.
In addition to these new program locations, we are also very pleased to announce several new institutional partnerships in some of ISA's existing sites.
Hanyang University (Seoul) - Starting Summer 2018This prestigious private research university in Seoul has one of the largest summer programs in Korea, offering unique courses in Engineering, Art & Design, Korean language, and more. As one of the leading Engineering universities in the region, students in STEM areas will particularly benefit from this new opportunity.
The NYFA's summer intensive acting and film-making courses offered in both Italy and Australia will be a unique program for students in a niche field that has few programs like it in the world. By creatively engaging with their environment, students will be able to hone their craft and develop important connections with other artists from around the world.
A former Degrees Abroad partner, we're excited to once again work with Deakin University, especially by offering one of the few J-term programs for U.S. students in Australia. During this program, students will study politics, gender studies, and other areas of social science and cultural studies.
